The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers an economical, OE-quality solution for complete handlebar conversions. 🔧 It combines low-effort, high-efficiency cables and lines engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, and XR Dot brake lines with copper crush washers and necessary hardware.
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and better braking response.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating, and manifolds that are included feature an all-brazed construction for optimal fit and appearance with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.
  • Brake lines are compliant with Dot FMVSS-106 specifications, and wiring extensions come fully terminated for fast hookup.

Designed for installations that use taller handlebars with 2" risers, the kit provides a complete cable-and-line package that simplifies installation while maintaining reliable performance. ⚙️
