XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers excellent fit and quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature heavy-gauge metal embedded in an abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking, and they comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Manifolds included in some kits use an all-brazed construction for optimal fitment and appearance and employ -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.

The kit is based on using higher handlebars with 2" risers for typical installation scenarios.
