The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers reliable fitment and high-quality components at an economical price. 🔧 Designed for ape hanger setups, the kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating for a refined appearance.
  • Kits that include manifolds use all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance.
  • Manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safety.

Kit is based on use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers; verify fitment for your application.
