XR handlebar installation kit delivers great fit and high-quality components at an economical price. 🔧

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and precise braking response; lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Kits that include manifolds use all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for straightforward installation, and the kit is intended for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.
