The Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit provides a complete, vehicle-ready solution with matching braided cables and brake lines for a clean, finished install. Designed for durability and low-effort operation, the kit meets or exceeds OE specifications and DOT FMVSS-106 requirements. 🔧✨

  • The only complete kit with matching braided cables and brake lines.
  • Includes throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extension unless otherwise noted.
  • All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings.
  • Brake lines are constructed with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for enhanced durability.
  • All cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE fitment, construction, and endurance specifications.
  • Kits for dual disc models include an all-brazed manifold that eliminates leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections.
  • Assembled in the USA; kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars with 2” risers.
