The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is the only complete kit that ships with matching braided cables and brake lines for a clean, factory-style finish. It includes throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary turn-signal switch wiring extensions. 🔧

All cable and brake lines are finished with Sterling Chromite II® braid and highly polished chrome‑plated fittings. Brake hoses use PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for long life and DOT FMVSS-106 compliance.

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Kits for dual disc models include an all‑brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment problems from threaded connections.
  • Assembled in the USA and engineered for ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers.
