High-strength 1" OD handlebar made from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing with a .120" (3 mm) wall for improved durability and consistent performance. All bends are formed on a CNC bender using internal mandrels to reduce flat spots, and every welded joint is precision-mitered and TIG-welded for reliable strength.
