Race Series® Oil Pump

Enhance your engine’s performance with the Race Series® Oil Pump. This premium oil pump features increased oil volume from larger gears and properly sized passages, ensuring optimal functionality of your oiling system. The precision-machined pressure relief valve and bore help to eliminate common pressure and scavenge issues associated with factory oiling systems.

Each pump is rigorously bench tested, ensuring the relief valve is seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi, with a full pop off at 55-60 psi. Designed for compatibility with the FEULING® High Flow cam plate, this combination increases oil flow and delivers corrected tolerances, oil passages, and larger geroter gears.

Experience a reduction in engine and oil temperatures while increasing oil pressure and scavenge volume on the return side, preventing oil buildup in the crankcase. With high flow 2.250” Chrome Moly gerotor gears, this pump provides 42% more scavenge volume and 68% more oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearing.

The Race Series® Oil Pump also includes magnets to protect gears and the pressure relief valve, showing increased horsepower and torque to the rear wheel during testing. Designed for M-Eight Water-Cooled™ and M-Eight Oil-Cooled™ motors, this pump delivers 30% and 27% more pressure and scavenge gear volume, respectively, over stock.

Constructed from Billet 7075 aluminum with a red anodized finish, this material maintains tighter tolerances under temperature, offering 50% more hardness and strength compared to 6061 aluminum. Optimized passages, portholes, and galleys ensure compatibility with the FEULING® High Flow cam plate (PART #0932-0192). Made in the USA.
