Race Series® Oil System Pack

The Race Series® Oil System Pack combines all the necessary components to complete your engine's oiling system, ensuring quieter and smoother engine operation. This advanced system increases oil pressure, scavenge volume, and engine oil flow, resulting in engine temperatures that are 25°-35° cooler and oil temperatures that drop by 15°-30°.

Experience improved performance with 15-30 lbs more psi of oil pressure while eliminating issues such as wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaners. Test results indicate a gain of 3 horsepower and 4 ft./lb. of torque to the rear wheel.

The pack includes a billet 7075 aluminum oil pump that is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, holding tighter tolerances under temperature. The Race Series® full-travel hydraulic lifters offer a total travel of .200” with a slower bleed-down rate, designed to handle very heavy valve spring pressures, allowing for increased engine rpm before valve float and enhanced roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts.

Additionally, the Race Series® short-travel hydraulic lifters provide .115” of total travel which helps to increase rpm by reducing valve float and valve-train harmonics while maintaining a quiet engine. The travel reduction decreases the amount of oil needed to fill the lifter, minimizing oil aeration on steep, fast action high lift camshaft lobes. The pack also includes a bearing retainer plate and necessary hardware.
