High Load Beehive® Spring Kit

Designed for high-performance V-Twin engines, the High Load Beehive® Spring Kit is crafted from premium grade Hi-tensile chrome silicon wire. These valve springs undergo a meticulous thermal heat treatment and are finished with super NexTex®, ensuring exceptional fatigue life for both stock and performance setups.

Key Features:

  • Utilizes smaller, lighter weight retainers that significantly decrease valve weight, leading to quicker revving and smoother operation compared to traditional dual or single valve springs.
  • Direct bolt-in replacement with no need for spring seat or rocker cover machining up to 0.565” lift.
  • Compatible with cam lifts over 0.600”, but requires cylinder head machining for proper spring height.
  • Eliminates valve spring separation, maximizes stability, and reduces valve-train noise and harmonics.
  • Complete kit includes matched Feuling® High Load Beehive® valve springs, titanium retainers, machined spring seats, seat shims, valve locks, and premium Viton® valve seals with a spring-loaded valve stem wiper system.

  • Seat lb/Installed Height: 151 lb @ 1.475" (0.485" Lift), 144 lb @ 1.498" (0.508" Lift), etc.
  • Coil Bind @ 0.945"
  • Recommended for camshafts with +0.540” lift.
  • Manufactured in the USA.

Note: High Load Beehive® valve springs must be installed to the correct open height to avoid excessive rocker arm deflection in high lift camshaft applications.
