The 1-1/2" EZ Install Pointed Top Handlebar features a revolutionary interlocking bolt-together two-piece design that halves shelf space, reduces shipping costs and installs in minutes. 😊

Highlights:

  • Interlocking bolt-together two-piece design for fast, no-fuss installation and compact storage.
  • CNC mandrel-bent from 1-1/2” diameter x .095” wall heavy tube for strength and smooth bends.
  • Adjustable 1-1/2" collar next to controls for a clean finished look and a billet machined top with a large internal machined radius that allows easy pulling of wiring.
  • Squared lower bends include additional slots to ease wire routing; bars are knurled and notched for throttle-by-wire applications.
  • EZ install eliminates the need to fight internal wiring, accepts OEM heated grips, and is made in the U.S.A.

Installation is straightforward: align the two halves, bolt together, route wiring through the machined radius and set the collar for the desired finish. The pointed top gives a refined appearance while the knurled center improves clamp grip. 🔧

Designed for ape hanger style with modern compatibility, this handlebar supports cable clutches and modern electronics while remaining durable and serviceable.
