Designed for clean internal routing and TBW compatibility, this handlebar includes an injection-molded, reinforced nylon plug in the throttle-side bar end that can be removed for Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) systems. It features seamless, thick-walled 0.120" (3 mm) tubing, precision mandrel-bent shaping for accurate alignment and comfortable ergonomics, and milled slots on the bar ends and clamping area to keep wiring concealed. The right-side bar end is notched and internally tapered to accept the Harley Throttle-By-Wire control module, while precision mitered, TIG-welded tube joints provide a durable, clean assembly. 🔧✨
