The 1" Handlebar is built for aftermarket and custom motorcycle applications. 🛠️

  • 1" OD x .120" (3 mm) wall with seamless 4130 chromoly tubing for durable, lightweight strength.
  • All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the bends.
  • All welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded for clean, consistent welds.
  • Designed for aftermarket and custom fitment; not notched for TBW applications.

Features include a smooth, unknurled grip area and slotted ends for customization. Ideal for builders who want clean bends and reliable construction. 🔧
