This 1" handlebar is built for aftermarket and custom applications. It features seamless 4130 chromoly tubing with a 1" OD and .120" (3 mm) wall for strength and durability.

  • All bends are formed with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to minimize flat spots.
  • All welded joints are precision-mitered and TIG-welded for clean, strong seams.
  • Smooth, unknurled, slotted grips accommodate a variety of controls.
  • Not notched for TBW applications; intended for custom or aftermarket fitment.
