The Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit is a complete, matched system of braided cables and brake lines built for clean ape-hanger installations. 🔧✨

  • Only complete kit with matching braided cables and brake lines, including throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and necessary switch and turn-signal wiring where noted.
  • All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings for a unified, premium appearance.
  • Brake lines use PTFE inner tubing reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for long-term durability.
  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable designs meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance.
  • Kits for dual-disc models include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, alignment issues, and unattractive threaded connections.
  • Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; assemblies are finished in the USA.
  • Engineered around ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers to simplify fitment and routing.
